All was really good !

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. My brother and I were even offered birthday cake and a meal one night when there was a family function being held at the resort. The location was convenient for us as well.

Wifi did go out one day but this wasn't a huge issue and the bathrooms were open to the outside at the back so had to keep bathroom door closed at night to prevent insects coming in.

Staff was amazing! Room also very nice.

There was green molt inside the bathroom and the shower only has cold water.

Everything! The staff were incredible, as was the property. The pool was beautiful and tranquil. I ended up extending by two nights!

Spectacular garden with views. Location is great as well, it is Canggu but without green and rice fields around. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There is delicious food service. It was very suited for digital nomads that go for work (good WiFi, AC, desk & comfy chair) and leisure. Parking is very spacious too.

The only con is the bathroom, which wasn’t well thought. Shower is designed for flooding all bathroom floor. The thing we liked the least is that the bathroom is poorly isolated, hence you hear everything. From the bed you see your partner in the toilet through the blurry window door (I think the architect had some weird taste 😂) Another minor inconvenience is that cleaning service is per piece, making it much more expensive than laundry shop across street.

Everything was great! Really lovely staff, especially buddy, such a welcoming guy who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable ! Rooms were really clean and had everything we needed! Amazing location, quiet but only a short walk from restaurants / shops / bars or a cheap taxi/scooter away.
