Surfer Paradise Villas Bali

What an amazing little place to stay. I stayed for 5 nights and the whole time I stayed here it has been so lovely. The staff are very kind, helpful and lovely. The room I stayed in was offered to be cleaned each day. The WiFi has been extremely good for working from my laptop. There’s a fridge in the room ins a bonus, lovely little swimming pool with nice loungers, and it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach and a range of shops, cafes and restaurants and also even got my laundry cleaned and back within 24 hours, by the the reception with a local launderette. I’m already planning to come back in the next week as I love it so much here. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

Nothing, everything was great

It was close to both many different restaurants and a short 5 min walk to the beach. The staff were attentive and cleaned the room each day. Quaint atmosphere with plants all around and a nice sitting area outside our door. Mini fridge was stocked and prices were cheaper out of it than getting from the local store for beer.

I’m 6’2” and the shower head was at about 6’. Wasn’t as big a deal as I originally thought but would be nice to have been higher.

Location is good Accommodation is pretty basic but if you just come for surfing and nothing else than it is okay.

It's not clean. You don't get hand soap or shower gel. Aircon not working properly. MOST IMPORTANT THING!!! DON'T EVER GO THERE, THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY RENTED ME A BIKE WITHOUT CONTRACT. SOMEBODY BROKE THE BIKE DURING THE NIGHT AND I HAD TO PAY FOR IT. I ACCEPTED THIS BECAUSE I RENTED IT. BUT THEY ASKED ME TO PAY FOR REPAIR AND TO PAY FOR 30 DAYS EXTRA BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY CAN'T RENT THAT BIKE FOR 30 DAYS ( IT WAS SMALL PLASTIC OK THE SIDE THAT WAS BROKEN) I WENT TO REPAIR SHOP, REPAIRED BIKE SAME DAY, BROUGHT IT BACK AND THEY STILL DIDN'T ACCEPTED IT. THEY THREATENED TO ME WITH POLICE AND DIDN'T WANT ME LET GO. THEY STAND IN FRONT OF MY TAXI AND DIDN'T LET HIM DRIVE. THEY THREATEN TO ME AND FORCED ME TO PAY FOR THE BIKE WHICH I EVETUALLY DID BECAUSE I JUST WANTED TO GO AWAY FROM THERE. WORST PEOLE EVER PLEASE DON'T GO THERE DON'T SUPPORT THAT SCUM

Facilities. We booked a deluxe double with balcony. The balcony was only big enough for a pot plant The bed was lumpy. The room was tiny and very basic. We did not stay.

It was a pleasant stay, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming!
