The room was clean, and fit the purpose.

The basin had not hot water.

The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping could have done with a little bit less of polish on the tiles because first day I slipped luckily I didn't fall and had to move with caution from there

Having an available person at reception, waited for 20minutes there for check in and had to call someone passing by on the yard. Having your own access to the gate instead of always having to go look for someone who is not at reception to open the gate for you. For that amount of money you would think breakfast would be included but no. Wanted to pay for breakfast and I was told I should have called prior😅like njani when I booked like less than an hour ago and I'm a first timer using your accommodation. Stayed for 20minutes without getting help and that lady was blaming me, the breakfast I was treated like I know their policies when on description it said pay at accommodation.

The location

Service wasn't good. I booked for my parents for an emergency accommodation due to floods. There were no electric blankets...my mom and Dad are in their 70s. How can you not have cutlery for coffee.?
