Great property, clean rooms, comfortable beds and amazing sea view. Run by a helpful family who made my stay pleasant. i will be back, thank you so much Victor and your family again

The room was clean and the host very friendly and kind.

Free breakfast, a smooth smart tv, comfortable beds, clean rooms, lovely owner.

There were some small bugs in some places, not bed bugs though and they didn't do any harm. The Pho I got for breakfast was fairly average. The view out the back wasn't very good.

This hotel was exceptional, we visited after the major Thypoon. The staff were such beautiful people. I highly recommend this hotel .its only a 15min walk to beach 1 . I could not believe how helpful the manager was after they had this terrible Thypoon which destroyed a lot of this island. I would love to return to this hotel in the future

The family who owned the hotel were very friendly. We booked our day trip to ha long bay through the hotel and it was perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable with Netflix which is a bonus if you want an early night to relax! Great location.

Everything you need for a perfect stay in Cat Ba. Very friendly owner who speaks good English, neat rooms, restaurant downstairs and motorbikerental! Very nice location!

Very helpful staff, scooter rentals and tours for a great price, clean rooms, good breakfast great location nice and quiet. Amazing value.

Power cut out a few times but I think that was the whole street having problems.
