Tout est tres bien pensé, pour ma part je devais prendre le bateau tôt le matin et tout est calculé pour pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner tres tôt. À 2min de la voie rapide. 25min du port de Livourne.

We stayed there for one night before departure by ferry. Alessandro explain thoroughly how to self check-in and it was super easy. The neighbourhood looks peaceful and safe. Parking was in backyard. Apartament was clean and simple, with very comfortable bed. Everything was well-thought-out. We've got fresh croissants for breakfast and choice of different products.

Clean, cosy, well set up place. Nicely decorated & nice bathroom. Instructions on how to get there & where to park etc were really clear. Onsite parking.

There was a little noise from cars driving past, but this didn't interfere with sleep.
