"Value for money.."

Location and the hospitality. Near to Vasco da Gama chrch and Chinese fishing nets. Simple rooms with basic facilities. Anand Bhawan veg restaurant is at 10 minutes walking distance.

Food is not available in the home stay.

Stayed here for one night passing through and it was perfect! Great location with everything on your doorstep. The rooms are clean and comfy and all you need. The host is super friendly and helpful. You pay slightly additional for AC btw but they do have fans so not really necessary.
