B&b Ophelia

A localização é perfeita, bem próxima do centro histórico. Fomos muito bem atendidos e ajudados a encontrar a garagem e também no transporte das malas até a hospedagem. O quarto é espaçoso e tem uma cozinha compacta.

Ficamos hospedados 3 noites, mas não houve limpeza e troca de toalhas durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã é num café próximo e inclui apenas uma bebida e um doce.

The best things about this hotel are its location and its owners, Gambino and his daughter Isabella. They truly do everything they can to help their guests and make them feel welcome. The property is located right next to the Old Town and only a two-minute walk from the seaside, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. One of the biggest advantages of this property is the parking. You don’t have to spend time searching for a parking spot or worry about paying expensive overnight parking fees. The owners arrange parking for you, which makes the whole experience much more convenient and stress-free, especially if you’re traveling by car. Another highlight is the hotel’s charming garden. It’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy some quiet time. If you ever want to take a break from the crowds and the busy atmosphere of the city, the garden offers a peaceful, secluded and enjoyable retreat.

One thing to keep in mind is you need to use stairs to access the room and the room itself is not particularly bright, as it doesn’t get a lot of natural light. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but if you prefer very bright and sunny rooms, this is something worth considering.

Sus propietarios son sumamente amables. Nos ayudaron con nuestras maletas y nos ofrecieron también su garage para nuestro vehículo. La ubicación del hospedaje es muy céntrica y adecuada para recorrer bien OTRANTO e ir a la playa.

Emplacement parfait

Das B & B Ophelia befindet sich in der Altstadt, was für Besichtigungen oder auch zum Essen gehen äußerst angenehm ist. Das sehr saubere Zimmer (eigentlich eine kleine Wohnung mit Kochnische und großem Badezimmer, samt natürlich Schlafzimmer) befindet sich im Untergeschoss, sodass man keinen Blick auf die Straße oder den Garten hat, über die schmalen Fenster kommt aber genug Tageslicht ins Zimmer. Den netten kleinen Garten konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da es zu kühl war. In der Wohnung wurde uns zusätzlich ein Heizstrahler zur Verfügung gestellt - prima! Isabelle lernten wir nicht persönlich kennen, ihr Vater erwartete und jedoch und war sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch der Abreise sehr hilfsbereit. Isabelle versorgte uns mit wertvollen Tipps und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Garage konnten wir ebenfalls benutzen; hier ist zu sagen: je kleiner das Auto, umso besser! Typisch italienisches Frühstück im Café, einige Minuten entfernt.

Das Wetter hätte besser sein können, aber dafür sind die Gastgeber nicht verantwortlich ;-)

Locatie (om de hoek van het centrum), parkeergarage, zeer vriendelijke en zorgzame host, fijne douche en gezellig ingerichte ruimte.
