Il jacuzzi era sporco. Usciva acqua sporca. Il titolare diceva che é normale. Ma é a causa di mancanza della manutenzione!

Modern furniture, very clean and quiet

1. Nobody was around at the property. Instead you have to self-check-in via phone instructions (and some numbers on the door are not working or end up in people who are not directly able to help). It would be good to have this info ahead of time, not just sending an email to call when you're already en route and driving. In general, there was not much commitment to make our stay pleasant. 2. The booking confirmation misleadingly shows the image of a terrace with a jacuzzi which only one of the flats really has. 3. Favara as a base is anything but ideal. Apart from its Piazza Cavour it is fairly dirty, many houses around the Art Farm deserted. It doesn't give you much acceptable options for dining, too (only exception Caffe Italia in Pza Cavour). It takes about 30 mins to get to the Valle dei Templi, so also not an ideal base from that perspective. The 'Art Farm' was almost deserted and the caffee-bistro at the entrance overcharges for very mediocre food. 4. Room needs to be more functional: Light at the bed too distant to be able to read a book, no towel hooks in the bathroom, shower steam goes directly in the room etc. 5. This was advertised as a bed and breakfast, but apart from the coffee and tea maker there was nothing.

location, the town is really hard to drive around and looks out of date. it is bit scary to walk around at the night with broken building and muddy road. while it should be safe
