The host was fantastic, central location and a wonderful breakfast. We couldn't ask for more from the host.

Mariella, die Gastgeberin, ist eine sehr herzliche und gastfreundliche Frau. Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt in einer ruhigen kleinen Gasse. Das Frühstück war mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet: jeden Tag andere selbst gebackene Kuchen, Joghurt, Obst, eigene Marmeladen, Eier, auch herzhaftes Gebäck wie Foccacia, Aufschnitt und Oliven. Wirklich überdurchschnittlich lecker und abwechslungsreich!

Uns hat dort alles gefallen.

Posto a 5 minuti dalla.stazione centrale , a 5 minuti da Ballarò ma defilato. Ottima posizione in 10 minuti si arriva ai Quattro Canti . Struttura molto carina accogliente silenziosa nuova e molto calda avendo i termosifoni ho trovato subito la camera calda, un vero piacere che difficilmente trovo. Colazione abbondante e varia dal dolce al salato. Un vero pranzo ! Letti comodi . Bagno con doccia molto grande. Proprietaria gentilissima. Non abbiate dubbi nel.prenotare.

Dat ontbijt! Dames en heren, wat een lekkernijen! En dan de gezelligheid van Mariëlla was helemaal top! Aanrader dus.

Va ser una estada perfecta, i un plaer conèixer a la família del Ballarooms. Molt contents i agraïts per l'hospitalitat.

La Mariella és fantàstica!!! M’ha ajudat en tot, més enllà del que eren les seves obligacions. L’esmorzar és impressionant! Tot fet cassolà, el lloc molt cèntric i les intalacions molt maques, netes i còmodes. Sens dubte repetirem!!!

Mariella, the property owner/host, is FANTASTIC! She is very communicative and helpful and will do anything to make guests happy and comfortable. She welcomed us with a Sicilian dessert (which I forget the name of) and made a fantastic breakfast for us. We had some trouble finding the proper entrance to the main apartment door from the ground level but she was accessible and we FaceTimed and she guided us to the proper door around the corner. The room itself was nicely decorated, spacious, and functional, and the location was quite good to the local markets, sights, churches, and piazzas.

We found the mattress to be a bit firm, but this was our experience throughout Sicily. Maybe we are just used to having a boxspring and softer mattresses. Also, the common hallway and our external (but personal) bathroom was quite warm due to no ventilation or cooling of the common area. It was late July, so having those areas that warm wasn't ideal. This wouldn't hold us back from staying again, though.

Great, welcoming bnb in the city. A nice spot to start our Sicily trip. A/c worked well. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly!
