Very good location in Palermo’s old town central district. Good air conditioning. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast

L’établissement est en plein cœur de Palerme. Idéal pour visiter la ville à pieds. Daniella nous a très bien accueilli et nous a expliqué tout ce que nous devions visiter à Palerme. L’hôtel est décoré avec goût et le petit déjeuner était très bon. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

"agréable mais un peu frustrant malgré un très gentil personnel"

déjeuner simple; et personnel très serviable; jardin inutilisé mais aurait pu être un joli petit endroit oèu prendre son petit café; quartier bien placé mais pas des plus propres ou sûrs

un peu gênant de ne pas avoir qqn à la réception en soirée/nuit; petite infestation d'insectes notre première soirée nous empêchant de dormir tranquillement; personnel à l'écoute durant la journée mais non joignable après la fin de la journée

Extrem nettes Personal,bzw. Tochter der Eigentümerin, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet hat.

Die Matratze des Bettes war etwas hart.

"Amazing staff, nice property, relatively small rooms"

amazing staff and cute property with a nice garden

we could not stay here because the room had an unpleasant smell that could not be fixed and the room could not be changed since the hotel was fully booked. However, the staff was extremely accommodating and although we were past cancellation date for full refund, they were able to do so and not charge us. I believe the hotel would have really delivered if not for the specific last room we were given.
