"We arrived late because of a delayed flight. The owner and his son were very helpful."

We love the location and the owner and his son were very friendly and helpful.

Not crazy about the shower over the toilet and needing to keep everything outside of the bathroom.

"Great Room in Nice Town near Beach"

I liked being in the center of town where walking to restaurants, sights and the beach were possible. Walking from the train station with luggage was OK (downhill). I liked having help from Luigi getting a taxi back to the train station because it was so hot and uphill. I liked the private bathroom, really nice shower. Very clean. Fridge in nice kitchen. Staff in the office where the rooms are located were friendly.

Nothing was bad.

"Delightful facilities, but needs improvement."

It was clean, comfortable and practical. Good bedroom and en-suite, with shared kitchen and sitting out area. The staff were engaging and helpful.

The instructions/directions were poor, once we located the building down an ally way there was no indication as to what floor it was on, nor was there an intercom! and no one to ask for help. We had no sea view just flats. Breakfast was not brilliant all that we were offered was cake, tea/coffee. As it was an Architects office it was interesting looking at all the photos on the wall of the office.
