The place allows you to disconnect and reconnect with nature. The rooms are well thought and have all the amenities required, bathrobe, slippers, ritual hand soap and cream, small kitchen with all necessary appliances. The gardens are well looked after, with a nice pool, sauna and hot tub. The views from the hot tub were superb, allowing time to relax and unwind. The bed was incredible, a super king size I believe, and great pillows. The location is great as only 10 minute walk into town. I rate this place 9/10. The weather was a little bit miserable during our stay so having this spacious room, lovely gardens and nice balcony did add a nice memory to our days in Furnas. We felt embraced and hugged by nature. Many thanks for making our stay so memorable that we didn’t want to leave.

the only thing I would improve is the breakfast as would prefer to have other bread options like sourdough and would be nice to have a book with recommendations on how to use certain things (like coffee machine or electric oven), I think this would be perfect.

Do envolvimento, dos funcionários, a Eva é excelente. O proprietário também foi muito agradável.

Da iluminação do quarto, muito fraca. Experimentem às cinco da manhã despejar os armários, todos pretos no seu interior, e uma iluminação paupérrima. A cozinha toda a preto também é de gosto muito duvidável. O preço é um pouco elevado para a oferta. Não se justifica.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and private, making it a perfect place to relax. The location and the whole property are incredibly beautiful, with a very cozy and welcoming feel. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help and make us feel comfortable. We especially appreciated the fresh pastries delivered in the morning — such a lovely touch. Everything felt warm, comfortable, and cosy from the moment we arrived. We would happily come back again.

Ubytování v klidné části Furnas, ideální pro relax po celodenních výletech, pokoje, vybavení, zařízení - prostě nic nemělo chybu. Sauna, bazén, vířivka, vše vyzkoušeno a absolutní spokojenost. Snídani si sice děláte sami, ale ingredience máte každé ráno připraveny. Včetně teplého pečiva. To ale dostanete v 9 ráno, takže je lepší si přispat :-D
