The location was in a quiet part of town but still close enough to walk anywhere. The staff were so friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious each morning and Julianna was lovely as she attended to us at breakfast! We enjoyed chatting with the other guests at breakfast. The room was very clean and quiet, we felt like we were the only ones there!

I found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable, everything else was great!

We had front downstairs room so traffic noise was very noticeable.

Very convenient for University Hospital, for Cathedral, for Shop Street and for Eyre Square, Galway ( walking distance). Free parking. Nice quiet place for sleep. Good, polite, helpful staff. Very good breakfast, buffet area is small but has excellent choice, and hot breakfast is cooked exactly to order.

Nothing much to dislike. Rooms are a little small. A jug or bottle of water, and a glass, in the bedroom would be nice.

The location is great to walk to everything in Galway. Parking is easy and available. The check-in was easy and the room was ok and clean. The breakfast was quite nice.

The room was very small and I could almost not fit my luggage to open it without blocking the door or the wardrobe. Also, you can hear eveyrthing your direct neighbours are saying unfortunately.
