B&B Villa Maria

This is a grand old villa that is mid renovation. Its a beautiful old building with loads of character. Our room was excellent and we had a large terrace to sit and watch the world ( and trains !) go by. The location is one of the best parts of this accommodation as its proximity to the station makes it a great spot for exploring other parts of the area. You can also catch the circumetnea from here as well as Taormina only being 20 mins and Catania only 25 or so minutes as well. Our favourite part was cooling off in the pool after our travels every day, and the beach is also walkable from here. Our host was welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend !

A kettle in the room would be a bonus.

L’accueil, le jardin,les chambres. L’établissement est en cours de rénovation, mais tout est fait avec goût et avec de très beaux matériaux. Merci à Maria pour ses conseils et son chaleureux accueil.

La situation tout à côté de la gare. L’accueil et la gentillesse de l’hôte sont exceptionnels. Tout a été refait à neuf avec une touche de modernité. Tout est très propre et confortable. La piscine est un plus pour se rafraîchir.

B&B villa Maria is een geweldige plek. Schoon, ruim en perfect gelegen als je de regio wil exploreren. Je kan beter hier verblijven dan de hysterische Taormina dat op ca. 30 min afstand ligt. In het dorpje zijn erg gezellige en goede restaurant van alle niveaus te vinden. Rosaria is een geweldige host, vriendelijk, duidelijke en snelle communicatie en gastvrij. Er is op dit moment een renovatie aan de gang, maar daar hebben wij werkelijk helemaal niets van gemerkt. Ik kan Rosario erg aanbevelen. Als we weer eens in de buurt zijn komen wij weer langs!

Gorgeous house and room

Very beatiful old villa that was recently renovated. The room was spacious and well designed. Comfortable bed, big and beatiful bathroom. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Would love to stay again.

The Villa is stunning and whilst currently being renovated you can see the beauty of the building. Room was a good size and the location was fantastic being so close to the station, particularly for day trips. only 29-30 mins by train to Catania.

would be good to have a safer deposit box and a kettle for a cup of tea or coffee would be nice.

Host extremely attentive and helpful, very comfortable bed and lovely bedsheets, plenty of space. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the swimming pool.
