Muy buena ubicación, el personal muy agradable, las habitación amplia, bonita y la cama muy cómoda.

Por poner una pega, poco papel del wc. Y las toallas de duchas un poco rota y viejas aunque muy limpias

Lovely, spacious and very clean accommodation. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable one. The breakfast room was open 24/7 with complementary beverages, cookies and cake. Breakfast was a great mix of traditional Turkish and English options. The owner is very accommodating. Assisted with all transfers and bookings.

Atendimento excelente, muito gentis e prestativos. O quarto cave é grande, lindo e bem confortável.

O café da manhã pode ser melhorado com mais opções ocidentais e variado entre os dias, ficamos 4 dias e todos dias tinham os mesmos itens, no último nem conseguimos mais comer.

日本人1人旅で利用しましたが、ここのホテルとってもおすすめです！ 一番広い部屋を利用したのですが、部屋からドアを開けた瞬間の景色が最高で忘れられません。 坂の上にあるホテルですがその分景色が良いです。また中心部から離れていないので、観光もしやすかったです。 特にサンセットポイントがホテルから徒歩5分以内で行けるので、是非行ってみていただきたいです！ 部屋の内装も可愛くて好みでした。結局古めだとは思いますが部屋がとっても綺麗でした。 11月末に宿泊したので、昼間は暖かく夜は結構寒かった(3℃くらい)のですが、暖房が常についており部屋がとっても暖かかったです。 朝ごはんも豪華で、食べきれないほど量が多かったです。 何より特筆すべきなのはスタッフさんの対応です。とても皆さん優しく、英語が堪能でした。 予約した瞬間booking.comのメッセージ機能でツアーやホテル送迎の案内を送ってきてくれました。また不明点をメッセージ経由で質問しましたが、丁寧な回答がいつも返ってきました。 どのスタッフも優しかったのですが、特にMr. Erdemの対応が素晴らしかったです。また名前がわからないのですが、17歳くらいのスタッフさんもすごく良い人で、気球のツアー参加前の早朝にも関わらずたくさん話してくれました。 次またギョレメに訪れる際にも絶対にここのホテルを利用したいです。

Wi-Fiはちょっと弱めでした。 またシャワーが水からお湯に変わるまでが少し時間がかかりました。でも待っていればお湯に変わるので問題ないです。水圧も強かったです。
