Melrose cottage

The location was ideal for the wedding we were attending across the river in Streatley and Rose our host was lovely and welcoming. Our cooked breakfast was great too

In the right location and within walking distance of our destination for the evening.

Having to walk through the owner’s lounge and kitchen to access our room.

Although tricky to find the house in the dark, Rose gave us a lovely warm welcome to her home. We were given a very comfortable, spacious room. Rose provided an excellent selection of teas and fresh milk for us in the room. The bed was so good that I had my best sleep for many months. Breakfast (full-cooked) was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Melrose Cottage to others.

Breakfast had an excellent choice & range of food & very enjoyable. The bed was comfortable & didn't expect a fridge & microwave in the room. So was beyond my expectation. Bathroom facilities were very good.
