The number of steps climbing to Ravello was a challenge for my wife.

The breakfast and the setting were gorgeous: the staff for breakfast were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you.

We were four adults, and booked as a group as such. When we arrived they had shoved us all in a room that was no where near big enough for four adults. The lady that checked us in, when I questioned even said to me, sorry that room is usually for one adult and children. They had not even supplied water bottles for four of us, only two and they refused to give us any more. I messaged and complained at the time to which there was no acknowledgement. After chatting with the lady she would not budge and was completely unhelpful. Really really poor from a place that has so much potential. Just a note it is worth paying the €20 for the pool next door, gorgeous setting really quiet and stunning views all day.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden, was in Ravello ein großer Vorteil und für uns sehr wichtig war. Der Pool befindet sich direkt nebenan, die Nutzung kostet jedoch zusätzlich 25 € pro Person. Wer Wert auf einen Pool legt, sollte das berücksichtigen. Sowohl Ravello als auch das Hotel sind absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
