Relaxing, clean, accessible to the town.

We were made to feel very welcome. Had the place to ourselves most of the time we were there. Breakfast was delicious and varied (loved the home-made ham and cheese breakfast muffins). Comfortable beds. Everything was very clean and tidy. The walk-in shower was lovely. The huge garden with its palm trees and numerous other plants were a please to spend time in. The well set-up, shaded deck area was wonderful for relaxing in. The pool table was great fun in the evenings. It was only a 10 minute drive to Paihia and 15 to Kerikeri, which was very convenient. We booked all 3 rooms, so basically had the house and gardens to ourselves, which made great value for money. The hosts, who have many years of hospitality experience, were wonderful and very interesting people. I and my family loved our stay and we shall stay there again. Highly recommended :-)

Location , room size , breakfast was excellent

No TV in room , no tea / coffee making facilities .

The hospitality was over and above. The home was so peaceful and soothing.

That we didnt get to stay longer.
