The whole place was really clean, welcoming and homey. We enjoyed staying here, the staff is amazing, they helped with everything, they booked our tours and made happen all our special requests. When leaving too early in the morning they prepared us food to take away. On our last day after checking out we could stay there until 9:30pm and use the common areas and chill. Wonderful staying place, the view was breathtaking as well.

The property was very well kept, with comfortable beds and central to the plaza. The hotel very kindly accommodated us with our early arrival and the staff were welcoming. The room had good basic necessities and tv with Netflix and comfy bed, and views to a lovely courtyard.

There are additional charges added to the cost at check out and it was first wrongly calculated as even higher than what they explained. To be fair, we were in a rush to get to our airport taxi so this was a little stressful given the rush, but we could have sorted it out by paying earlier or at check in, so that is not on them.

Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Esteban hat uns Tipps und Auskünfte zu Akklimatisierungswanderungen und Touren gegeben. Gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants. Das Zimmer war grosszügig und sauber und wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit selbstgemachter Konfitüre. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Good base to explore surrounding lakes and mountains, staff are VERY knowledgeable with excellent English, they can help arrange tours.

Fantastisch verblijf, het personeel is mega vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We konden vroeg inchecken na aankomst met de nachtbus en zijn goed geholpen met het plannen van hikes. De kamer was netjes, met een fijn en groot bed.

Alles was goed

Die herzliche Betreuung durch Luis. Die gute Info zu allen Unternehmungen. Die gute Ausstattung, das leckere Frühstück, die sichere und ruhige Lage. Einfach alles!!! Bestes Hostel in 8 Wochen Kolumbien und Peru. Vielen Dank für alles!!! Ich hoffe wir sehen uns wieder!! Hasta luego Sonja und Theo
