Green Sand Homestay

Perfect position, close to restaurants and shops but nice and quiet. Binh is the best host ever. So helpful & kind & made us so welcome. He helped out when my husband was sick and went out of his way to help.

The internet in the room was not great.

Perfect location near the night market, but very quiet on a side street, and accros the bridge to the old town. Family room is big and bright, very clean and comfortable. The owner is friendly without being pushy. He helped us with bike rental, laundry service and car to the airport at good prices. Would definitely stay again.

The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom (it's a wet room). However, the bathroom is spacious enough and the floor dried quickly after use, so it wasn't an issue.

Location is great, right in the center in walking distance to most sightseeing spots. The room was good and clean and breakfast was delicious as well. The highlight though were the hosts, they made us feel welcome and helped us with bike rental, finding a tailor and organising a transport to DaNang Airport. We would stay at Green Sand again.

It is fairly sound-permable, especially in the morning when breakfast service is starting.

Great value and excellent location in a quiet side road close to the old town and night market. Clean and comfy small room perfect for a short stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful arranging for a taxi back to Da Nang for us at a good rate. Highly recommended.

It was in the heart of the old town. Just 1 min walk to the bridge where you go on the lantern boats.

We stayed there during the Luna new year celebration so it was a bit loud . But otherwise it is a quiet street.

The location is excellent, just behind the river. The host is very polite and well-behaved and super helpful.
