Perfectly clean. Check-in was possible even before agreed on time. Friendly and helpful owner. Air conditioning worked well :-)

Everything fine. Italian "breakfast" is not what we mean by breakfast in Central Europe, but I expected this and was in Italy. But great coffee and cold water for free at all times :-)
