Not much, really.

Booked the family room. The description failed to say that the "en-suite" bathroom was a cross the passage. The requested cot was not in the room on arrival, so we had to ask for it again. Took about an hour and a half for the cot to arrive, and then it was broken but still usable. The carpet in the room was filthy. Lots of noise outside the window during the night from other guests. Facilities were very basic and worn out with very little maintenance and cleaning. The water did not drain properly from the basin in the bathroom and the plug for the bath was too small for the plughole. They seem to be giving the bare minimum to the guests. Not a pleasant experience at all.
