本人有蠶豆症 入住時未告知房間有使用樟腦丸 檢查後發現樟腦丸掛在天花板夾層 房間單張表示櫃檯的服務至23:00 並未告知有值班人員、若有問題仍可撥打電話 晚間也不知道該怎麼辦 故晚上不曉得該睡還是不該睡 提心吊膽 只好把窗戶打開通風

The 'villa' room was spacious and comfortable. Nice big hotspring tubs.

Rare place where it's so big it takes time to walk from one end of the room to the other end, and we didn't even stay in the bigger villas! It's comfortable and feels like a resort even though it's just a room. Staff is very friendly and will let you know everything from the room to the local area. You can stay in the place all day or have a short walk into town for food. Breakfast is different to most places where you can order in western food. Overall the place is good value for money if compared to neighbouring places.

Ventilation for the hot spring bath area could be better for the single rooms, have a vent so it's easier on the guest and better for the facilities to avoid damp damage. Cold water in the pipes does take a long time to flow out first, staff tells you so no surprises, but we felt bad for wasting a lot of water. And for a place with hot spring and bathing as a theme, a few convenient places to hang towels to dry in the room could be helpful.

Love it that we have our private Hotspring. Staff are very friendly to explain the details. Room size was very comfortable and their pillows are so good. Had a very good rest. Would definitely recommend!
