Botanico Boutique Suites

Location is perfect.just between 2 locations to walk for a drink, bite and shopping. Breakfast was good and also served. In the room. Rooms are big and there is a lot of storage for your stuff. Friendly and quiet environment.

Matrasses on the beds were in a very bad shape. We infotmed the staff that this should be changed. On 2 of the 4 days we did not have hot water in the morning !

No es un hotel. Al menos en esta época del año, a las 5:30 pm nos dieron una contraseña para entrar a las instalaciones que estaban casi en penumbra. Corresponde más a una Vivienda turística que a un establecimiento que se promocione como Hotel . No es lo que buscamos, preferimos perder el dinero que estar solos en ese establecimiento.

No es un Hotel . Es una Vivienda turística .

Views from our balcony were superb. Location was perfect. The room was large a spacious. Staff were so lovely and attentive.

Hot water tank under the sink in the bathroom always had a large puddle under it. Limited hot water for shower. You had to wait for it to heat up again. Had to put kettle on the floor to plug it in.

Mould in the bathroom, flys buzzing around the bedroom on arrival , only a few light bulbs working , the difficulty in trying to enter the hotel after 5pm as no one is there. In the end I had to resort to speaking to someone on the telephone to gain access, I asked them where I could park and they said on the beach opposite. I did exactly this and have a photograph to show unfortunately I received €100 sign from the police for parking there and the hotel couldn’t care less in the morning even after I pointed out that they had told your partner. I requested that they think about their decision to not help me with the fine but the manager made it very clear. It was my problem. What a disgusting attitude for someone in the hospitality industry. There are a lot of other beautiful places to stay in. Javea don’t stay here.
