I liked location, it's very calm and quiet place. Also it was on the hill, therefore I could see beautiful view both day time and night time.

When I made a booking, option was unclear. Every room was same price and I really didn't get differences. My room said it had balcony, and it was tiny one. But behind the building , they had room with proper balcony. I expected balcony is spacious and large like that. It would be nice , if they make a note about room difference more clearly. Also hot water was not really " hot", it was warm water, that made me disappointed.

The location was perfect, the staff were nice, and the price is affordable for solo travellers.

There was flanking noise from other rooms so you could hear conversations from other rooms.

The ladies at the reception were phenomenal. There were lovely and kind. Due to my longer stay they even made sure I got the most comfortable room. The location was perfect for what I needed. Being able to walk to Kigali Heights, Simba, or Sawa Citi as well as various other places was exceptional. Overall, it was much quieter than I would have expected.

My only negative is that the room's windows didn't have screens on them so I didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night. This meant it was hot and stuffy in the room. I borrowed a fan from a friend which helped immensely. So either to have a way for windows to be opened or a fan in the room would have made it even better.

Staff kindness and attention to detail was fantastic

Extremely kind. I strongly recommend as the place is CLEAN. No bugs. Hot water works. The bed is very comfortable. Excellent location. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. It was my 3rd time ;) murakoze!
