Im not sure where to start! This little piece of heaven close to Koilida is unique. From the manicured gardens to the pool and apartment, everything is deliberately planned for you stay. Breakfast has attention to detail and is enough for lunch too

房东夫妇太好了，非常友善。早餐很丰盛，尤其是橙汁，简直是我喝过最好的橙汁。那一定是用成熟品质极好的橙子榨出来的，里面有很浓的果肉，天然的橙子香甜味实在太棒了。院子也布置的非常好，适合朋友聚会沙龙，泳池边星空夜话一定是非常好的体验。出行可以选电动车和自行车，但我喜欢骑自行车。房间的网络也非常好，在乡村找到这样的房子超出预期。

This was the fifth time I stayed at Villa Hylas, the two first I arrived as an unexpected guest. Jolanda and Peter are so welcoming and they are willing to take care of everything you need. The property is always in top condition. The suites are more beautiful than the photos, everything is tastefully and of fine quality. Extremely clean and properly equipped. The garden and the pool area is a hidden gem, perfect for relaxation. This is my favorite place at the area.

Struttura semplicemente meravigliosa! Relax assoluto, piscina bellissima, camere grandi come appartamenti! La colazione indescrivibile e oltretutto fatta con passione e cura! I proprietari sono nati per fare questo lavoro. Lasciando agli ospiti totale libertà e accesso addirittura al frigo del bar della piscina con salatini gratuiti a disposizione. Tutti i luoghi da visitare poco lontani dalla struttura. Consigliatissimo! Grazie Peter e Yolanda!

Μοναδική εμπειρία! Ο Πίτερ και η Γιολάντα ήταν εξαιρετικοί, παρά πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, φρόντιζαν κάθε στιγμή να έχουμε μια άψογη διαμονή! Το δωμάτιο ήταν ιδιαίτερο με ξεχωριστή διακόσμηση και ταυτόχρονα είχαμε αίσθηση ιδιωτικότητας.

Truly amazing! Not often that you find this kind of value for money in Greece. Very peaceful surroundings. Great hospitality by the hosts and the villas are very comfortable. Breakfast was great too! Definitely recommend!

The property itself is undeniably attractive, which likely explains its high reviews. However, guests should be aware that it sits in complete isolation—surrounded by empty fields and what appears to be abandoned property. If your plan is to stay on-site, it might work. But if you intend to explore Kilada or nearby towns, especially after dark, be prepared for significant inconvenience. Our vacation was seriously marred by a hazardous parking situation and the host Peter’s dismissive attitude. The entrance to the property’s parking lot is a sharp 90-degree turn off a narrow rural road. Upon entry, our compact SUV scraped against the metal fence. Peter then came out to guide us on our second attempt and indicated with his fingers that there was just an inch of clearance. He immediately placed the blame on us—even while admitting he had tried (and failed) to negotiate with his neighbor 5 years ago to move the fence. We later parked outside his compound, where other guests have apparently had to park before—despite him insisting it was an isolated case involving a Hummer. At no point did he express concern or take responsibility. When I reached out later, he responded with a message that implied compensation might be offered in exchange for silence: “If we understand correctly what you're saying… is that if we are more compassionate with you and we are willing to pay for your damage that you don't feel obligated to leave a review”. When I insisted that the hazard be acknowledged and future guests be warned—without demanding compensation—he became defensive though admitted that they will add a warning to their pre-arrival message, a tacit acknowledgment of the issue. Our stay at Villa Hylas was stressful, costly (we were charged €500 in damages by Hertz), and devoid of basic hospitality. I sincerely hope this review provides future travelers with the context we wish we had. P.S. future guests should also be aware of lots of mosquitos in the garden.

The hosts had thought of everything amd great breakfasts! The hosts had prepared comprehensive guides to local beaches; restaurants etc and were so helpful

The only thing that was missing is a sea view!

Jo and Peter are superb hosts, the suite was elegantly furnished with very comfortable furniture. The king size bed was so comfortable, it was a shame we had to get up in the morning. The breakfast's were filling, tasty and superb quality. The location was excellent, easy to get to Kilada, Kranidi and the rest of the peninsula. The area is quiet and the Villa's are secure. Jo and Peter were very helpful as well, going way beyond what we would expect.
