USThe gated property felt very secure and there was a nice sense of community and friendliness among the guests. Fresh-baked muffins each morning in the shared kitchen was a nice way to start the day. There were numerous fruit trees and beautiful gardens around the property and the mural on the property wall was spectacular.
Some updates to decor and completion of repairs would be very pleasant.

Unfortunately the pool was under repair so it was not availliable but looked good. The kitchen knives could use a little sharpening.

NO HOT WATER (Really? Come on folks!) No staff on site or available over an entire 18 hour period. 3 fat, brown Lab dogs - aggressively barking and shitting all over the courtyard, with no one there to clean it up.
USExcellent set up - great shared space and kitchen in the palapa. The hosts Milton and Susu were terrific and friendly and the staff was great as well. We will always stay here when in La Paz.
Water in the shower was warm but not hot, could’ve been a bit hotter for my liking.

MXThe hosts are amazing, the place is warm and very well located. The breakfast was convenient, the homemade granola and muffins are delicious. Common areas were good. It was nice to be there.
The doors and windows are metal and do not open easily. The children's area is very deteriorated and dirty. They entertain themselves with simple things. I wish it were in better condition.
