The room was ok . You have all the basic things. The bathroom bit small and shower to small. But good lighting in the bathroom. I had to park in the street but all was ok. But no communication due no English speaking . The people Very cold. . All in all was Ok.

The access to the premises 14km of dangerous narrow roads. Never I will go to this place again. Maybe due to the size of my car.. The roads were made for fiat 600

Very clean and comfortable. Welcoming staff and well-equipped kitchen where we made pasta dinner for our family. We especially enjoyed the Delicious breakfast of warm croissants, coffee, fruit, yogurt and other treats.Thank you!

All were good

Breakfast was typically Italian however there was some difficulty knowing how to use the equipment to prepare coffee/tea and it was not clear how much cleaning up we were required to do. Location was distant from Rome but we took that into account when choosing this B&B

Access to the structure was difficult but mainly due to me not reading the sms about passwords necessary to enter an unattended building

Friendly staff. You have to prepare breakfast by yourself. Everything you need in a room for a short stay.

Bad and narrow roads through the forest to come to this place. We came from the south. Sometimes you think you are lost. This is not in the responsability of the owner.

The room was clean.

I can't rate the staff because they were conspicuous by their total absence. We had to let ourselves in, help ourselves to breakfast but there was hardly anything left and we had to do our own washing-up.
