NZLocation was perfect for cycling the Otago Rail Trail as it is just metres off the trail and well signposted. I got lucky and had the house to myself. Loved the decor and the feel of the house. Shower was great and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was fab as almost everything was home made.

The need for greed ( cash required as property wanted bank details 😡 & proprietor had-no time for awesome booking.com ) over genuine human connection and respect towards a guest. 🙄 The lack of care of eradicating annoying and unpleasant insects. Not good enough. Service first & foremost. 👊
USThe decor in the house is lovely and quite sweet. The gardens are beautiful. I enjoyed speaking with other guests. We went to the Pitches Store nearby for dinner and it was great!
I was attracted to this property because of the pictures of the menu shown. They no longer serve dinner so my #1 reason for staying there no longer existed. The pics on Booking.com need to be updated. My mattress was not comfortable. . 9 guests were sharing one inside toilet and it wasn’t flushing properly. There was a second bathroom but it was outside through the cold rain. We were not given any keys to our room and the front door kept locking us out.
USVery friendly and kind host who opened the home to us early. Had the entire home to ourselves so we did not have to share the bathroom which was very nice. Living room was comfortable and stylish. The home is immediately adjacent to the Otago Rail Trail so it was very convenient. The gardens are spectacular.
toilet was old and had difficulty draining. Shower floor was slippery for seniors.
NZGreat accommodation and super location. Well catered for and good communication with the owners. Highly recommended.
