There wasn't anything to like. We didn’t even have the chance to stay. We arrived and there were no staff or any guests!

We did not stay at the property because when we arrived there was no one there, it was empty. The doors were closed and no one was around - completely deserted. It was scary to arrive at a place where there wasn't anyone on the property. I called Ana and all she could say was that they were closed and that no one would be at the property to let us in. So I requested that she refund my accommodation fee since they were unwilling to let me and my two daughters stay. Ana told me to contact Booking.com because they were the only ones who could refund me. I drove from Pisa to this B&B located at Levane, AR non-stop and I wasn't able to make a phone call as I was driving with two children in my vehicle. As a tourist from Canada and first time visiting Italy, you would think there would be some leniency in the arrival time but Ana and Al Frantoio Maddii B&B did not even think about coming back to the property to let us stay the night. As I said, there were no other guests, no staff, and nobody operating the B&B. The property was empty without anyone around.

The water in the shower smelled like old rusty pipes. Probably from water heater tank.
