Sehr freundliches Personal.Gutes Frühstück. Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Verkehrsverbindungen (U bahn) optimal.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, we didn’t have the breakfast but we did have a look in and it seems like you get a solid variety of options to fuel your day. The location was decent, not too far from lots of nice restaurants and about a 20 minute walk into the centre, or a 5 minute walk to the closest station for accessibility.

The room had some signs of damp/mold around the window. The air conditioning would start making a loud dripping noise and night that left the room with a ‘wet’ smell. The bed was rock solid, which made it hard to fall asleep on or get comfortable. The we had was opposite the main door into the hotel lobby and we were awoken multiple times throughout our 2 night stay with people coming in and out.

Really friendly staff, room was comfortable, be was good.

Breakfast was just ok... some eggs could do the difference

The staff was amazing and so nice towards and specially an old man who was so nice and was trying his best to make us feel cozy during breakfast. The room is way smaller than it was in the picture, but it was clean. The bathroom was quite small, but still u have enough place to do all necessary procedures. However it didn’t have much space to put you things next to washbasin.

The room didn’t have little fridge inside, so I needed to put some of my products in the fridge in the kitchen, but only till 19 as after I would be able to reach as the reception is closed after 7. Besides, we had an issue in our room. It worked for 5 minutes, then it turned off and I turned on again, but after 5 minutes I had the same issue. Also, be aware that in Portugal it’s quite rare to find a good hotel with good soundproof and this one wasn’t exceptional. You can hear all sounds from the hall. If you don’t really care that much about comfort, it’s a good option for it’s money and specially for its location.

Καλή τοποθεσία και το προσωπικό του άψογο!Γενικά ένα μέτριο ξενοδοχείο και δωμάτιο που κανείς την δουλειά σου αλλά σίγουρα μπορεί να γίνει πολύ καλύτερο.

Πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο, Πρωινό φτωχό (θα μπορούσε να μην είχε τόσα γλυκά και να είχε κάτι παραπάνω όπως πχ αυγά κτλ.),χαρτί υγείας αλλάχτηκε μια φορά και αναγκαστήκαμε να πάρουμε μόνοι μας.
