Clean

I ended up paying two times for same accommodation, once upfront, through booking and once when I was asked at the reception. One day later I became aware of the error and wrote to the hotel asking for reimbursement of the false payment. Although I wrote them multiple times, the hotel has neither replied, nor organized any payment. So I wrote to booking.com, which until today, after more than 1 month are yet to solve the issue, if ever. Disappointing, especially that a client which constantly books since 2013 would not receive more support. Also there was noise from the party downstairs, at the restaurant.
