The location is excellent, serving as the property's main saving grace. There is a certain charm to the setting since it is housed within an old heritage building, and the interior is decorated with interesting art in all of the rooms. Additionally, the common area is stocked with a variety of books and games for guests to use.

Despite the heritage appeal, the building appears to be in a state of disrepair and suffers from a significant lack of cleanliness. The common area feels neglected, with the entertainment options packed away, and the overall hygiene is concerning, specifically the lack of soap in the washbasins and empty shower gel dispensers. The facilities are inadequate, featuring too few bathrooms and living quarters consisting of plywood-partitioned beds in a long room with no air conditioning. Structural issues like broken wall sockets and lockers further detract from the experience. The atmosphere is also impacted by the specific demographic of the clientele, and the general lack of comfort makes it unsuitable for anyone prioritizing basic hygiene or a long-term stay.

Super guesthouse au calme et très bien placée. J'ai adoré l'ambiance. Le personnel est adorable et fait le maximum pour que les clients se sentent bien. Les espaces communs sont sympa et conviviaux. Très bon rapport qualité-prix !
