Labai jauku, patogu, viskas ko reikia buvo galima rasti kambaryje :) patogi lova, skanus pusryčiai :) parkingas šalia pastato, parduotuvės arti, gal ir tolėliau nuo centro, tačiau patogus susisiekimas. Ačiū, esame patenkinti. :)

"Ottima scelta per una breve gita a Matera"

Struttura nuova e ben tenuta, pulizia impeccabile. Posizione comoda a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Letti supercomodi, posizione tranquilla. Struttura valida per soggiorni brevi, se si deve stare più di 2-3 giorni rischia di diventare piccola.

La colazione è fatta di prodotti confezionati, quelli da supermercato. Ci sta, ma rovina un pochino l'esperienza (che resta comunque positiva)

Struttura molto accogliente, e soprattutto molto molto molto pulita. Ben organizzata e ben disposta. Moderna e molto accogliente. Situata in una zona molto tranquilla, a pochi minuti da i Sassi e dal centro. Parcheggio facile da trovare. Host molto gentile, precisa e ben organizzata.

I servizi a disposizione. Possibilità di organizzare la colazione in camera grazie al piccolo angolo cucina. Frigo in camera. Servizio asciugamani e asciugacapelli. Carino anche il tavolino all’ingresso della struttura.

Host gentilissima, molto disponibile e chiara nelle spiegazioni. Stanza grande, letto comodo e spazioso, pulizia ottimale. Colazione all'italiana con più di un'opzione disponibile.

La notte è stata movimentata da un locale alle spalle della struttura che ha continuato con la musica ad alto volume fino a tardi. Non è ovviamente colpa della struttura, ma prendere sonno è stato abbastanza difficile.

"Un soggiorno tranquillo senza troppe pretese."

L'host è stato molto attento e ha risposto tempestivamente alle nostre richieste. La stanza era ben arredata. Posizione ottimale (soprattutto per chi conosce la città)

Il bagno è pensato un po' male. Il wc è troppo vicino la porta d'ingresso dello stesso. Mancano porta asciugamani e il bidet ha un getto irrisorio. Inoltre avrei gradito una cucina attrezzata e utilizzabile.
