Não tem utensílios nenhum, apesar de que nas fotos da Booking, aparecer uma cozinha!! Não tem sequer xícaras de porcelana para o café da manhã, são de papel, tem saca rolha mas não tem taça de vinho! O cheiro do quarto para quem tem renite alérgica é terrível, mesmo tirando para fora o odorizador de ambiente! Além do mais, o trem passa na porta (15 metros), perguntei se dava para embarcar ali, com ironia, claro. Havia uma festa num bar/restaurante próximo que parou a música e algazarra à 1h00 da manhã! Tivemos uma noite não muito agradável mas a Débora foi muito atenciosa conosco, na medida do possível!

Wir hatten sehr netten Kontakt zur Gastgeberin. Im Zimmer wartete eine Flasche Wein auf uns als Willkommensgruß. Wirklich aufmerksam und es war auch ein lokaler, sehr guter Wein. Für das Frühstück war alles im Zimmer vorbereitet und wir konnten gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen. Im recht großen Zimmer wäre aber auch ein Tisch und Stühle gewesen. Alles in allem rundum wunderbar.

"Soggiorno confortevole, Host sempre disponibile e cordiale!"

Stanza pulitissima piena di tutti i comfort. Facile trovare parcheggio in zona. Host sempre disponibile anche nelle emergenze. Durante il nostro soggiorno era stato comunicato dal comune di Matera che avrebbero tolto l’acqua a causa di un guasto alla rete idrica. L’host ha preventivamente provveduto a fornirci delle taniche di acqua per le emergenze.

L’unico neo che si può trovare è che essendo situata vicino ai binari del treno, lo si sentiva passare spesso. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

"Ottima struttura per visitare Matera"

I letti erano comodi, bagni moderni e pulitissimi. C'era tutto il necessario anche in cucina per la colazione, la comunicazione è stata molto efficiente, molto gentili e disponibili. Bella terrazza. Parcheggio gratuito sulla strada.. talvolta si sente passare un treno, ma di notte piuttosto tranquillo.Grazie di tutto!

Magari aggiungere qualche cuscino (camera 1)...
