All over a good experience

Very clean hotel, staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh and very good. Staff go out of their way to help you. Could not find any vicks for sore throat, mentioned it to staff, came back, and they had gotten me a bag of them 😊 Also helped with finding and securing transportation a couple of times I needed it. Would recommend this hotel to any traveler!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is AMAZING 🙌, and every single staff member go out of their way to make your stay a very memorable one. I would recommend this property to all travelers.

I requested room decoration and Vipin Sharma ji made sure that the room was decorated as per my expectations. My wife was delighted to see the ambience and the decoration. Thank you Royal9 for all the efforts.

Nothing as such. Everything was good and comfortable.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was appreciated, especially since I was unwell the day we were there. The staff were friendly and attended to all our needs. My husband got his shoes cleaned - although they have a machine for shoe cleaning in the hotel, the shoes were sent outside for cleaning, gratis. The hotel arranged a pick-up from Meerut station for us - the driver came to find us n the platform. He was smartly dressed, friendly and informative on the drive.

The room was a little 'tired' in places - some marks on the carpet and what looked like a possible burn hole on one of the settees (though there was no evidence of the room having been a smoking room). The hotel is not licensed for alcohol - we don't drink much but do enjoy an occasional drink with meals when on holiday.
