Everything is near perfect

The staff were polite and helpful. Overall it was a good place to stay.

I arrived by bicycle and initially they insisted I leave it outside. Eventually a manager agreed it would be OK to leave it inside the building, behind the downstairs desk. People tend to tinker with it when left outside, e.g, change the gears, etc and it's more vulnerable to theft unless under guard by staff.

the staff was extremely helpful and kind. even though booking.com had provided incorrect information about the suite I booked, which was highly inconvenient, the staff tried to help out and made the stay a comfortable one
