"B&B is one of the best I’ve ever been to, a lovely traditional Italian room & stay."

Amazing welcome, stay, breakfast. Paulo couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be back, next time we are in the area. (Maybe not to the local walkable restaurant, we felt it was very overpriced).

"Der perfekte Wochenendurlaub bei Freunden"

Wir haben uns wie bei Freunden gefühlt. Paolo ist der perfekte Gastgeber, sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und unglaublich freundlich. Sehr gemütliches Bett und romantisches Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit top Produkten. Eine schöne Gartenanlage und in einem ruhigen und doch zentralen Quartier von Modena. Wir haben unser Zuhause in Modena gefunden und werden künftig nur noch bei Paolo buchen.

Grande chambre sous les toits, parking gratuit, petit déjeuner exceptionnel et surtout les « âmes » de ce lieu, Paolo et son épouse, tous deux d’une gentillesse extraordinaire.
