We love the decor of the place; the home was beautiful . it was fun visiting the alpacas in the barn and seeing the horse driven Amish carriages go by the front windows. Food – outstanding. Also close to Fun vineyards and delicious Amish bakery

Feels like home! Beautiful and special outside as well as inside. Beds are comfy, rooms all individually designed and cozy. The owners are the nicest people. Breakfast is amazing. This was my third or fourth time staying and can’t wait to be back.

Amazing Stay! My mom and I had the pleasure of staying at Paul and Sandy's beautiful BnB, and I can't say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness, making our stay truly unforgettable. The property itself is stunning—cozy, impeccably clean, and the rooms were perfectly maintained. But what truly sets this BnB apart is Paul and Sandy. They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home, offering helpful tips about the area (we even went to a rodeo together!) and taking the time to chat, making us feel like part of the family. Their genuine hospitality made our experience incredibly special. One highlight I must mention is the breakfast. Every morning, we gathered around a large table with the other guests, along with Paul and Sandy. I never imagined I could enjoy a communal breakfast so much. We met so many wonderful people and heard fascinating, heartwarming, and sometimes even sad stories. If you're looking for an authentic American experience, this is it! Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or a home base for exploring the area, Paul and Sandy's BnB is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with some of the friendliest hosts you'll ever meet. I can't wait to return in 2026!

Some of the rooms share a full bathroom (some of them only have a sink or toilet, but no shower). It's nothing to worry about, but it's something you should be aware of in advance. For example, I thought I booked two rooms, each with its own full bathroom (shower and toilet), but it turned out I had only booked one fully equipped room. As I said, there's nothing particularly bad about this, but just be sure to check your booking carefully.

This place is one the finest that we have been to recently. Highly recommend this place to everyone as they have the best hosts with great service and will make you feel comfortable like you are at your home.

Our group of two couples recently stayed at this BNB, and it exceeded our expectations. Paul and Sandy are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. Their home was charming, clean, and elegantly classic. They generously allowed us to use their facilities, ensuring we had everything we needed. Sandy prepared a fantastic gourmet hot breakfast, and we enjoyed wonderful, heartfelt conversations during our meals. The farm was delightful, with alpacas, horses, and cats adding a unique and enjoyable touch to our stay. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Highly recommended!

The owners/operators Paul and Sandy were so very welcoming, friendly and attentive during our stay. The breakfast food quality and variety was exceptional. You feel like family during the time you are there. Looking forward to another stay in the future when returning to the area.
