Magnifique lieu au milieu des rizières avec un personnel au petit soin. Location de scooter directement sur place. Notre logement,très bien avec terrasse donnant sur la piscine et les rizières. Lieu très calme et reposant. Très bon restaurant. Ils vous appellent également un taxi si besoin. Un lieu à découvrir si vous passez par Munduk

Chouette endroit, nous avons mangé le matin et le soir et c’était très bien! Nous avions loué un scooter pour pouvoir se déplacer, car c’est assez isolé. Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible.

Extremely dirty rooms (dust everywhere, spider webs, stains etc), poor communication, and refusal to reimburse after misrepresentation We had a very disappointing experience at this property, mainly due to unacceptable cleanliness standards, weak communication, and the way the situation was handled afterward. The rooms were extremely dirty: dust everywhere, stained bed sheets, spider web everywhere and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned before check-in. The kitchen area was also dirty. They brought dirty forks to the table. In addition, there was a significant draught in the cabin. Multiple guests complained they couldn’t sleep and had to improvise (covering their heads with towels) just to get through the night. I am a trip organizer and had 6 clients staying here. Due to the conditions, I had to relocate 2 of them at short notice because they simply couldn’t sleep. I would have moved everyone, but finding alternative accommodation nearby on the spot was very difficult. Before arrival, the staff were barely responsive on Booking messages. After the issues were reported by me, one room was cleaned only after I stated clearly how dissatisfied I was. Despite the fact that the stay was prepaid and the rooms should have been clean from the start. Regarding reimbursement, the manager initially claimed he could not reimburse through Booking because he “doesn’t have a button” for it. I contacted Booking.com support, who spoke directly with the manager. AND GUESS WHAT. He denied the reimbursement for the people I moved and refused to answer me anymore. Costs I had to cover out of my own pocket. This created additional work and stress on my side, without any fair resolution. The manager lied to me and to Booking about the facts. Overall, this property did not meet basic hospitality standards. I cannot recommend it, especially to anyone traveling with a group or expecting professional handling of problems.

Ohne Fahrzeug nicht geeignet und das essen lässt zu wünschen übrig kann man besser machen.

We booked last minute and I was worried about service and amenities, but I didn’t need to be. Someone met us in the carpark, helped with our luggage, and welcomed us warmly. The room was comfortable, and even without aircon the fan kept it cool. The view over the rice paddies was lovely, the property is beautifully managed, and the food was great. Even with a group and another couple staying, the manager made sure everyone had their own space while still feeling valued and included.

Nothing really stood out as a negative.

Die Anlage liegt sehr abseits von der Ortschaft Munduk in den Reisfeldern. Essen konnte man in der Anlage oder in einem Cafe/Restaurant in der Nähe. Man hat hier seine Ruhe. Schöner Pool mit Blick in die Reisfelder.

Das Zimmer ist einfach eingerichtet, leider sehr dunkel und nicht modern. Statt eines alten europäischen Massenölgemäldes, würde das Zimmer durch ein einheimisches, balinesisches Bild, Gemälde oder anders gearteten Wandschmuck sehr aufgewertet werden. Es gibt keine AC. Das Badezimmer ist nicht wirklich ansprechend gestaltet. Es schauten Nägel aus der Wand, es gab keine Haken für ein Handtuch, ungepflegte Grünpflanzen, einfach nicht wirklich professionell.
