"Welcoming hosts and lovely home."

The hosts Sally and Gavin are very welcoming and very willing to help with any questions. The room was large and comfortable. We loved the garden. The breakfast was superb and Sally’s jams are delicious!

Exceptional friendly hosts, breakfast to die for, couldn't ask for anything more. Hosts would go out of their way to ensure you had a pleasant stay. Would recommend accommodation.

Sally and Gavin were very welcoming and helped enormously with information about Napier and surrounding area. They are generous and enthusiastic hosts, breakfast was outstanding and we are looking forward to being able to make a return visit.

Wonderful warm welcome. The room looked out to the garden and room was well presented. We had an excellent overnight stay. The host even dropped us off to the event we were going too. A lovely selection for breakfast.

"Excellent in every way"

Lovely B n B and charming hosts who really look after you. Breakfast was superb thank you Sally! especially avocados fresh from the tree. True kiwi hospitality that we won’t forget. We loved the informal home from home atmosphere and their genuine interest in people and we had lovely chats at the breakfast table. We sincerely hope to return again one day. All the very best wishes to you both!

Nice location, beautiful garden, quiet neighborhood, lovely hosts.

Would have liked some milk in the room; tea/coffee jug available, just missing milk.
