"Ideal place to use as a base to explore Napier and Hastings"

Everything was set up for us to have our breakfast independently. Nothing was too much trouble for our host. Even drove me to the garage to pick up my car, that had broken down.

Host was so lovely, felt very comfortable and safe staying here by myself. Everything was super clean and tidy. Please note there is not wifi

"Lovely accommodation, very well appointed, dedicated parking and a wonderful host."

Our host Gwen was very warm and welcoming. Completely separate room and facilities and our entrance. Dedicated off street parking and the location was fairly central.

Some heavy traffic initially but quietened down, due to temporary rerouting of traffic, so unavoidable.

We were four - 2 adults & 2 dogs. Very comfortable, great breakfast, even SKY for the rugby - what more can you need! We will be back.

Being a main road was a tad noisy early mornings. Ok over weekend though.
