Grampians B&B

We enjoyed our stay. The room is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house was designed with the intention to have a separate room and bathroom for renting to guests. There is one designated parking area for guests. The room is nicely decorated and I really liked the bathroom. The there was a shower head, a handheld shower handle and a faucet which is really nice. The towel heater is great to have warm towels to dry off with. There is a nightlight in the bathroom which is great for using the bathroom in the middle of the night. The breakfast was toast with a choice of three jelly/marmalade, peanut butter, or Vegemite. There was yogurt, honey, freash fruit, slices of cheese, and salami. There was also museli and corn flakes. Coffee, tea, milk, and orange juice were available. A load of laundry could be done for $15. I had a really nice conversation with our hosts. It's great to get to talk to the people living in New Zealand.

There is an outdoor patio area with table and 2 chairs where you can sit and eat breakfast outside which is very nice. The hosts also said we can bring the table into the room to eat inside. The room has 2 chairs but not table. Unfortunately, the first night of our stay it rained so the table was very wet and we did not want to bring it inside. My husband ended up eating by sitting in the floor. This was the only negative part of our stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

Nothing

The breakfast tray was a pleasant surprise it was enough for both of us to see us through to dinner. John and ineke were the perfect hosts very friendly and informative of the area etc. Spacious clean room with outside patio area where you can see views across and the birds drinking the sugar water John puts out everyday. Snow the cat even came to hello and sat quite content on the patio with us.

Clean and quaint

Parking was little challenging but nice to be in safe location close to our room.

John and Ineke are always the most gracious of hosts, and very helpful.

Loved the fruit. Add loved the extras we could buy.

More than enough for breakfast. Could have done a minimum of 2 days.
