What a great location! Right in the historic downtown, easy walk to and from the train station. The apartment is located right on the canal with a brick veranda to enjoy. The room is very large and was clean and comfortable. I was travelling solo, but wished I'd had my wife along to enjoy the stay. Highly recommend this location!

The only struggle I had was finding the location. It's possible I missed it in the description etc. - but you have to go to the souvenir shop to check in.

To cut a long story short- as good as it gets...

Lage an der Gracht bei schönem Wetter sehr nett. dann kann man direkt an der Gracht vor seinem Apartment essen oder sich dort aufhalten.

Der Witz des Apartments besteht eigentlich daran, dass man direkt an der Gracht draußen sitzen kann, was bei schlechtem Wetter natürlich nicht möglich ist. Dann wohnt man im Prinzip in einem Keller Apartment. Weiterhin befindet sich direkt neben dem Apartment ein Raum für irgendwelche Handwerker. Die auch prompt relativ früh am Morgen genau vor unserer Haustür ihre Werkbank aufbauten und gearbeitet haben, wir konnten also wieder ausschlafen, noch unseren Tisch und unsere Stühle vor unserem Apartment aufbauen.

Family run, accommodating when holding luggage, right on the canal which was an amazing way to see Utrecht

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Kehrseite ist, es ist auch des Nachts nicht leise.
