Gospođa Renata i suprug su vrlo uljudni, trude se da svakome izađu u susret i pomognu oko snalaženja u gradu i daju predloge gde se može ići. Doručak je sasvim dobar, možete i naručiti da vam se spreme jaja ako želite, iako je ponuda na švedskom stolu i više nego zadovoljavajuća.

Ulazak u sobe je u 16h što je dosta kasno. Izašli su nam u susret da uđemo u 14h, ali pre toga u razgovoru sa spremačicom koja je bila jako neljubazna, nismo dobili mogućnost ni da ostavimo stvari na recepciji, iako je napolju bio pljusak. Sobe su ledene, iako su se zagrejale klimom i grejalicom do uveče, moja zamerka je da, pošto je temperatura već bila preniska za to doba godine, mogli su klimu uključiti ranije.
