The location was fantastic, really easy to get to by train and then a bus. Easy to travel to other tourist locations. The room was amazing, much bigger than we had anticipated. Gianpaolo was a fantastic host, the breakfasts in the morning were amazing with such great views of mountains.

I would like to thank the owner who took really good care of us. Breakfast on garden was really nice. Thak you.

Everything was ok, location, room, host.. Nothing to complain, except poor wi-fi sometimes.

It is a nice house. and you even have a little lake view. owner is a very nice person.

lake como has dozen villages around it. the village this hotel is at is not the most lively one. Continue to Gravedona and you will see what I mean. Otherwise the place and the owner are very nice people.

Everything is perfect here, the hosts were incredibly nice. Don't worry about parking, location, the bed, the breakfast, the surroundings. If you find anything to complain about, go and check your mental health 😬

A good place to stay, although further from the larger settlements, arriving with a car is no problem. Easy and quick access to various places around the lake, good location in the region. Outdoor furniture and a quiet environment separated from the town. Well equipped house, wonderful very filling varied breakfast. In addition to traditional French sweets, there were ham, sausages, and cheeses. Rooms are spacious, good bathroom. The host is very friendly, speaks English perfectly, many good tips. Highly recommend, especially for a few days or a week. We got a great room with great views from a small window to the lake and the mountains. I also recommend the fantastic pizzeria SPLUGA.

Lovely place just next to the lake. Nice breakfast with good options. Gianpaulo the host was great and helped if needed anything.
