Waiotahi Valley Lodge

The place has an interesting all-around-airplanes-and-flying style, sunrises in the hot tub were just wonderful, nice breakfast was included in the price. The views and surrounding nature were just marvellous.

When there is long rain, the room can get a bit smelly.

The room is ideal for guests arriving by car and offers a pleasant ocean view. We appreciated the host’s quick and friendly communication, as well as the welcoming shared spaces. The hot tub was available for use, and the provided continental breakfast was a nice addition.

The only minor drawback was that the hot tub was a bit too hot for comfort.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die mir tolle Tipps für die Coromandel Halbinsel gegeben habe. Alles war extrem sauber und gut ausgestattet, ich würde sofort wieder kommen :)

Don't book the third room. Is adjacent to the bathroom and it's sooo noisy. We could hear everyone using the bathroom which unfortunately involved being woken 3 times during the night. A bad sleep resulted.

La habitación número 3 olía fatal, a humedad y era súper pequeña. La puerta no se podía abrir sin dar con la cama. Si hay huéspedes hablando en el salón, se escucha en las habitaciones.
