Porta Romana

I was supposed to arrive between 11 and 12 PM. I got to the hotel 30 min. late, as I depended on public transportation. I couldn't call the host as there wasn't connection during most of the route. At 12:30 PM the host didn't answer. We kept calling and at 2 AM he answered. He agreed to receive us with a charge of 30-40 euros which I agreed upon, but also wanted us to pay again for the room, as he was sure I was going to be reimbursed even if his entry on Booking stated clearly NO REFUNDS. I didn't agree to pay twice, so I had to search for another facility. I didn't got any refund of course.

We stayed for one day in June. The location was quite good. The room was created as a separate part of an apartment building. To reach the room, you first need to call Caludio. The room was clean. Claudio helped us.

We enjoyed how comfortable the beds were, how clean the room was and it was very pretty!

I had no assistance when I had a problem with the booking. No massages at all, any call. Neither from booking. He just took the money. Still trying to solve everything two weeks later. What a pain!!
