Ļoti labas brokastis blakus ēkā. Plaša autostāvvieta. Ērta un ātra temperatūras regulēšana gan istabā, gan dušas telpā.

Maz plauktu drēbju novietošanai. Ļoti maz el rozešu. Vajadzīgs savs dušas šampūns
