因為鹽琉趴到新園來， 找了相對鄰近住所。 附近新園海洋航運園區有其好玩美麗，過一個橋就是熱鬧的東港。 所以景地文旅是滿不錯的位置。 老闆及工作人員有盡力滿足住客需求，提供舒適放鬆空間，提供水果飲料速食麵給大家使用。 水壓真的很強！

房價空間格局相當特殊，使得待在房間下層沒開循環扇就會有點感受不到空調。
